How it works

For sellers, you bring your item into the store and provide us with your contact details, as well as the product details of the item you are looking to sell.  We can help you price your item, as our incentives are aligned with yours.  This information will all be captured into our database, and will be supplemented with three digital pictures we take.  The item will then have a unique barcode attached to it, and will be available for sale through a variety of channels.

On sale, our technology system will automatically generate a check that will be promptly mailed to your address on record.  The fee to reMatch is the greater of $15 or 25% of the sales price. 
 
It your item has not sold within a set period of time, you will be notified by email, at which point you will have 7 days to either lower your price, or come and pick up your item from the store.  If you do neither of these, the item will be considered abandoned, and I will be teaming up with various local charitable organizations, and will look to donate all this gear to worthy causes that benefit our community.
 
For buyers, there are a variety of channels available to you.  You can come by the store and browse through the extensive inventory at our 6,200 square foot location.  Free parking is available on site.  Additionally, you can visit the website at www.reMatchSports.com.  Here you are able to view the full inventory in real-time, so any items sold or added are immediately updated.  You can purchase items through the eCommerce platform I had created, and pay via any major credit card, or PayPal, or through a number of other online marketplaces where I will be posting the items.  And, you can select from a variety of shipping options, or choose to pick up the item yourself.

Found towards the top left of every page (right below the search bar).  This allows you to enter specific criteria you're looking for, and be notified you as soon as it becomes available.  For example, you can state:

Only interested in road bikes
Between 52 and 54cm frame size
Between $500 and $800
And, only Bianchi and Cannondale.
(Each major category has specific criteria you can select from).


This recently added feature allows you to be notified if the price of any item is reduced.  This way, if you find something you're interested in, you will be alerted as soon as the price is lowered - so you can swoop in pick it up, even purchase it online and select in-store pickup.
