Can Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site be deleted or deactivated?We provide Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting
info@rematchsports.com. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete an Authorized Customer’s entry without retaining some residual information. An Authorized Customer who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, rent, share, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward. We also maintain records of Visitors who contact us for statistical purposes and for noting our efforts to provide information or assistance.
What happens if this Privacy Policy Changes?We may make changes to this privacy policy from time to time. If we do, we will let our Visitors know about the changes by posting such changes on the Site. Use of this website signifies a Visitor’s acceptance of the terms of this privacy policy.
